Exchanges & Refunds

We only accept exchanges or refunds if the mistake comes from our side, such as:

  • Wrong item received
  • Wrong size sent by our team
  • Damaged product upon arrival

If the customer selects the wrong size, color, or product during checkout, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

To avoid sizing mistakes, please carefully refer to the size chart available on each product page before ordering.

Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders take approximately 3–4 business days to be prepared and processed.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Delivery usually takes around 10–12 business days depending on your location and courier service.
